நம்மை அழைக்கும் ஒவ்வொருவருக்கும் தனித்தனி பாடலை வைத்தால் எவ்வாறு இருக்கும். அதுவும் குறிப்பிட்ட பகுதியை மட்டும் Ringtone ஆக செட் செய்தால், குறிப்பாக ஏதாவது வசனம் அல்லது சிறியபாடல் (RingTone) யை செட் செய்தால் எவ்வாறு இருக்கும். இதனால் மொபைலினை பார்க்காமலே உங்களை அழைக்கும் நண்பர் யார் என அறிந்து கொள்ள முடியும். நாம் என்னத்தான் இணையத்தில் தேடி,தேடி பதிவிறக்கம் செய்தாலும் நமக்கு தேவையான குறும்பாடல் (RingTone) கிடைக்காது. எதாவது ஒரு சிலர் வைத்துஇருந்தாலும் அதை தரமறுப்பார்கள் அதற்கு பதிலாக நாமே நமக்கு தேவையான பாடலை (Ringtone) ஆக மாற்றிகொள்ள முடியும். அதற்கு உதவுவதுதான் RingtoneMaker என்னும் மென்பொருள் ஆகும்.

மென்பொருளை பதிவிறக்கி இன்ஸ்டால் செய்துகொள்ளவும். பின் உங்களின் விருப்பம் போல ரிங்டோனை உருவாக்கி கொள்ள முடியும். இதில் இன்னொரு சிறப்பம்சம் என்னவென்றால் Youtube இருந்தும் பாடலை பதிவேற்றி ரிங்டோனாக உருவாக்கி கொள்ள முடியும். இதை கையாளுவதும் மிகவும் சுலபமாக உள்ளது.

தினமும் ஆன்லைனில் பல்வேறு விதமான வீடியோக்களை பார்த்து வருகிறோம், அவறை டவுண்லோட் செய்து பார்க்க வேண்டும் பலருக்கு ஆசை இருக்கும். எதாவது வீடியோ வேண்டுமென்றால் அனைவரும் நாடி செல்வது  YOUTUBE தளம் ஆகும். இந்த தளத்தில் இருந்து வீடியோவினை பதிவிறக்க வேண்டுமானால் பல்வேறு வழிகளில் இணையத்தில் இருந்து வீடியோவினை பதிவிறக்கி பயன்படுத்த முடியும்.

ஆனால் வேறு ஏதாவது ஒரு தளத்திலிருந்து வீடியோவினை பதிவிறக்க வேண்டுமானால் அங்கு வருகிறது சிக்கல், இவற்றுக்கெல்லாம் தீர்வாக ஆன்லைனில் எந்த ஒரு தளத்தில் இருந்து வேண்டுமானாலும் வீடியோவினை பதிவிறக்கி கொள்ள முடியும்.

இந்த தளத்திற்கு சென்று நீங்கள் டவுண்லோட் செய்ய விரும்பும்  Format னை தேர்வு செய்யவும். உதாரணமாக  mp3, .wav, .avi, .mpeg and also Apple iPad, iPod, iPhone போன்றவை ஆகும். பிறகு இணையத்தின் முகவரி (URL) யை உள்ளிட்டு  Convert என்ற பொத்தானை அழுத்தவும். நீங்கள் விருப்பிய Video வினை டவுண்லோட் செய்து கொள்ள முடியும்.

எரர் ரிப்போர்ட்டை Disable செய்ய

தீடிரென சிஸ்டம் ஹேங் ஆகும், அப்போது CTRL+ALT+DEL கீயை அழுத்தி டாஸ்க் மேனேஜரில் பார்த்தால் ஒருசில புரோகிராம்கள் மட்டும் Not Responding என்று இருக்கும் அதுபோன்ற புரோகிராமினை ENDTASK பொத்தானை அழுத்தி END செய்வோம் அப்போது  எரர் செய்தி தோன்றும். அல்லது ஏதாவது ஒரு புரோகிராம் கிராஸ் ஆகும்போது அனைது விதமான புரோகிராமும் முடக்கப்பட்டு எரர் செய்தி தோன்றும். இந்த எரர் செய்தியை send செய்யவா அல்லது வேண்டாமா என்று கேட்கும். இதனை நாம் விருப்படி மாற்றி அமைத்து கொள்ள முடியும். வேண்டுமென்றால் குறிப்பிட்ட சில அப்ளிகேஷன்களுக்கு மட்டும் எரர் செய்தி தோன்றுவது போலவும் மற்றவற்றுக்கு அதனை Disable செய்து கொள்ளலாம். அல்லது மொத்தமாகவே எரர் ரிப்போர்ட்டை Disable செய்து கொள்ள முடியும்.

 இதை செய்ய Mycomputer மீது வலதுகிளிக் செய்து தோன்றும் POP-UP விண்டோவில் Properties என்பதை தேர்வு செய்யவும்.

அதில் Advanced என்னும் டேப்பை கிளிக் செய்யவும், அதில் Error Reporting  என்னும் பொத்தானை அழுத்தி, தோன்றும் விண்டோவில் Disableerrorreporting என்ற ஆப்ஷன் பட்டனை கிளிக் செய்து ஒகே பொத்தானை அழுத்தவும். 

இதை போன்றே எரர் ரிப்போர்ட்டை Enable செய்து கொள்ள முடியும். வேண்டுமென்றால் குறிப்பிட்ட புரோகிராம்களுக்கு மட்டும் எரர் செய்தி தோன்றும்மாறு அமைத்து கொள்ள முடியும்.

மானிட்டர் சிறியதாக இருக்கா

ஒரு சில வலைப்பக்கத்தை பார்வையிடும் போது, அது நமது கணினி திரையை விட மிகவும் பெரியதாக இருக்கும். இதுபோன்ற வலைபக்கத்தை பார்வையிட நாம் Scroll Tap னை நகர்த்தி பார்வையிடவேண்டும். இது சிலருக்கு எரிச்சலுட்டும் செயலாக அமையும். இதுமட்டும் அல்லாமல் நமது கண்னிதிரை (Monitor) சிறியதாக இருந்தாலும் நமக்கு வலைபக்கம் மட்டுமல்லாமல் நமது கணினியில் ஒப்பன் செய்யும் அனைத்து விதமான அப்ளிகேஷன்களும் கணிப்பொறி திரையில் மிகபெரியதாகவே இருக்கும். 

இது போன்ற நிலைகளில் நாம் நமது விருப்பத்திற்கு எற்றது போல் கணிப்பொறி திரையை மாற்றி கொள்ள முடியும். Zoom செய்து கொண்டு கணிபொறி திரையினை நமது விருப்பம் போல் மாற்றிக்கொள்ள முடியும். இது ஒரு சில அப்ளிகேஷனில் மட்டுமே சாத்தியம் ஆகும். சிலவற்றில் இது போன்ற ஆப்ஷன்கள் கொடுக்கபட்டு இருக்காது. இது போன்ற நிலைகளிலும் நமது விருப்பம் போலவே கணினிதிரையினை மாற்றியமைத்து கொள்ள முடியும், அதற்கு CTRL கீயை அழுத்தி கொண்டு Mouse உதவியுடன் Scroll செய்து விருப்பம் போல சிறியதாக அல்லது பெரிதாக்கி பார்த்து கொள்ள முடியும்.

இது உலவிகளுக்கு மட்டுமல்லாமல் Openoffice, Msoffice போன்ற அனைத்துவித அப்ளிகேஷன்களுக்கும் பொருந்தும்.

நாம் பயன்படுத்தும் படங்களை நாம் பத்திரமாக வைத்துகொள்ள விரும்புவோம். அதனை அழகாக வைத்து கொள்வதே அனைவரின் விருப்பமும். நாம் அன்றாடம் பல்வேறு விதமான படங்களை பயன்படுத்தி கொண்டுதான் உள்ளோம். அதற்கு ஒரு (Cover) உரையினை உருவாக்க முடியும். இதற்காக Registry ல் மாற்றம் செய்தால் போதும். இதனை பதிவிறக்க இங்கு கிளிக் செய்யவும்.

இதனை பதிவிறக்கி கணினியில் நிறுவி கொள்ளவும். பின் கணினியை ஒருமுறை மறுதொடக்கம் செய்துகொள்ள வேண்டும். பின் ஒரு படத்தை ரைட் கிளிக் செய்தால் Set as a Cover என்பதை தேர்வு செய்து படத்திற்கு உரையினை உருவாக்கி கொள்ள முடியும்.

இதே போல் குழுவாக படத்தினை தேர்வு செய்தும், படங்களுக்கு உரையினை உருவாக்கி கொள்ள முடியும்.

CD/DVD க்களை காப்பி செய்ய  அனைவராலும் பயன்படுத்தும் மென்பொருள் NERO ஆகும். இது அனைவரும் அறிந்ததே இருப்பினும் சிலர் இணையத்தில் தேடி எதாவது ஒரு CD/DVD மென்பொருளை தரவிறக்கி பயன்படுத்தி வருவோம். அவ்வாறு இணையத்தில் இருந்து பதிவிறக்கி பயன்படுத்தும் மென்பொருள் நம்பக தன்மையானதாக இருக்குமா என்பதற்கு எந்த வித உத்திரவாதமும் இல்லை. இப்படி இருக்க சிலர் CD/DVD யை ரைட் செய்வது என்றாலே NERO மட்டும்தான் என்று உள்ளனர். இப்படி ஒரு பக்கம் இருக்க தினம் ஒரு மென்பொருள்கள் சந்தைக்கு வந்தவண்ணமே உள்ளது. அவற்றுள் எவை சிறப்பானதாக இருக்கும், நமது தேவைகளை பூர்த்தி செய்யும் என்று பல கேள்விகள் எழக்கூடும். இது போன்ற பல்வேறு விதமான தேவைகளை பூர்த்தி செய்யும் விதமாக உள்ள மென்பொருள் இன்ங் ஆகும்.

மென்பொருளை பதிவிறக்க: Download

 

மெனபொருளை இணையத்தில் இருந்து பதிவிறக்கி இன்ஸ்டால் செய்து கொள்ள முடியும். இந்த மென்பொருளை இன்ஸ்டால் செய்வதற்கு .NET தேவைப்படும். 

 சிறப்பு வசதிகள்: 

• இந்த மென்பொருளானது  Dual-layer DVD சப்போர்ட் செய்ய கூடியது ஆகும்.
•  சாதாரண Data வுடன் ஆடியோவையும் சேர்த்து ரைட் செய்ய முடியும்.

விண்டோஸ்7 ல் மறைத்து வைக்கப்பட்டுள்ள  பைல்களை நாம் எளிதாக காண முடியும், அதற்கு கீழே காணும் வழிமுறையை பின்பற்றவும், முதலில் Control Panel லை ஒப்பன்  செய்யவும். அடுத்து Category என்பதில் small icons என்பதை தேர்வு செய்யவும்.

அடுத்தாக தோன்றும் விண்டோவில் Folder options என்ற iconனை தேர்வு செய்து Folder options விண்டோவை ஒப்பன் செய்யவும். தோன்றும் விண்டோவில் view என்னும் டேபை தேர்வு செய்யவும். அதில் show hidden files, folders and drives என்பதை தேர்வு செய்து Apply செய்து விட்டு OK பொத்தானை அழுத்தவும்.

 இனி தெரியாமல் பைல்களை மறைத்து வைத்திருந்தால் கண்டுபிடித்து விட முடியும்.

ஸ்கைப்பில் நண்பர்களுடைய முகவரி இருக்கும், அதை நாம் VCF  பார்மெட்டில் சேவ் செய்து வைத்துகொள்ள முடியும். அதனை திரும்பி ரீஸ்டோரும் செய்து கொள்ள முடியும். 

Contact-களை பேக்அப் செய்ய:

முதலில் ஸ்கைப் அக்கவுண்டில் நுழைந்து கொள்ளவும், அடுத்தாக Contacts > Advanced  என்பதை தேர்வு செய்து  தோன்றும் விண்டோவில் Backup Contact to file என்பதை தேர்ந்தெடுத்து சேமித்து கொள்ளவும்.

  

Contact-களை ரீஸ்டோர் செய்ய:

அதனை ரீஸ்டோர் செய்ய Contacts > Advanced ல் சென்று Restore Contacts from file என்பதை தேர்வு செய்து Backup செய்த பைலை தேர்வு செய்து ரீஸ்டோர் செய்து கொள்ள முடியும்.

மைக்ரோசாப்ட் வேர்ட்டில் Watermark னை உருவாக்க பலருக்கும் தெரிந்திருக்கலாம், எனினும் புதியவர்களுக்காக இந்த பதிவு, இந்த வாட்டர்மார்க் மூலம் என்ன பயன் என்றால், இதன் மூலம் எந்த ஒரு திருட்டுதனமான ஒரு தனிமனிதனின் எழுத்து உரிமையினை காக்க முடியும். அலுவலக் சம்பந்தமான டாக்குமென்ட்களில் வாட்டர்மார்க் உருவாக்குவதன் மூலம், பிறர் அதனை எடுத்து உரிமை கொண்டாடுவதை தடுக்க முடியும். வட்டர்மார்க்கினை நாம் எழுத்து (TEXT), படம் ஆகியவற்றை கொண்டு உருவாக்க முடியும். 

வாட்டர்மார்க்கினை உருவாக்க முதலில் Word னை ஒப்பன் செய்ய வேண்டும். பின் Page Layout னை தேர்வு செய்யவும்.

Watermark என்பதை தேர்வு செய்யவும். அதில் Custom Watermark என்பதை தேர்வு செய்யவும்.

அதில் உங்கள் விருப்பம் போல் படம் அல்லது எழுத்து வாட்டர்மார்கினை உருவாக்க முடியும். இனி உங்களின் டாக்குமென்ட்களை யாராலும் எடுத்து பயன்படுத்த முடியாது.

பழைய ஆப்பிஸ் Format-களில் இருந்து OFFICE-2007 Formatக்கு மாற்றுவது எப்படி?

மைக்ரோசாப்டின் ஆப்பிஸ் தொகுப்பானது 2007 தற்போது பரவலாக பயன்படுத்தபட்டு வருகிறது. இந்த ஆப்பிஸ் தொகுப்பில் ,பழைய ஆப்பிஸ் தொகுப்பில்  உருவாகிய Document களை ஒப்பன் செய்து பார்க்க முடியும், வேண்டுமெனில் இதனை ஆப்பிஸ் 2007 தொகுப்பாக மாற்றி பயன்படுத்த முடியும். ஆப்பிஸ் 2003 ல் உருவாக்கிய ஆப்பிஸ் டாக்குமெண்ட்களை ஆப்பிஸ் 2007 தொக்குப்பாக மாற்றம் செய்வது, எப்படி என்று கீழே காண்போம்.

முதலில் ஆப்பிஸ்-2007 னை ஒப்பன் செய்து கொள்ளவும். உதாரணத்திற்கு வேர்ட்டினை ஒப்பன் செய்து கொண்டு, பழைய ஆப்பிஸ் தொகுப்பில் உருவாக்கிய பைலை ஒப்பன் செய்யவும், அப்பொழுது [Compatibility Mode] ல் பைலானது ஒப்பன் ஆகும்.

அதனை Convert செய்ய OFFICE பட்டனை அழுத்தி Convert என்ற பொத்தானை அழுத்தவும்.

இப்போது [Compatibility Mode] மறைந்து பைலானது எப்போதும் போல தோன்றும், இனி நீங்கள் பைலை SAVE செய்து கொள்ளவும்.

பேஸ்புக் கணக்கை Remote logout செய்ய

நம்மில் பலர்பேர் பேஸ்புக் கணக்கினை பயன்படுத்தி வருவோம், இது ஒரு சோஷியல் தளம் ஆகும். இதன் மூலம் நம் கருத்தினை நண்பர்களுடனோ அல்லது பிறரிடமோ பகிர்ந்து கொள்ள முடியும். பேஸ்புக் கணக்கினை அலுவலகத்தில் பார்த்துவிட்டு கணக்கினை விட்டு வெளியேறாமல் வந்திருப்போம். அல்லது ப்ரவுசிங் சென்று விட்டு கணக்கினை சரியாக Logout செய்யாமல் மறந்து வந்திருப்போம். அப்போது நம்முடைய கணக்கினை யாராவது முடக்கவோ அல்லது அதன் மூலம் எதாவது தீய செயலில் ஈடுபடவோ வாய்ப்புள்ளது.

நம்முடைய பேஸ்புக் கணக்கு திறக்கப்பட்ட அனைத்து இடங்களிருந்தும் கணக்கினை விட்டு வெளியேற முடியும், இதன் மூலம் திறக்கபட்ட பேஸ்புக் கணக்கினை Logout செய்ய முடியும்.

முதலில் உங்களின் பேஸ்புக் அக்கவுண்டில் நுழைந்து கொள்ளவும். பின் ACCOUNT > Account Setting என்பதை தேர்வு செய்யவும்.

பிறகு Account Security  என்பதற்கு நேராக உள்ள Change என்ற பொத்தானை அழுத்தவும்.

அடுத்தாதக் தோன்றும் திரையில்,  உங்கள்  பேஸ்புக் அக்கவுண்ட்  வேறு இடத்தில் திறக்கபட்டிருந்தால் காட்டும்.

பின் End activity என்ற பொத்தானை அழுத்தவும். இனி எந்த நாட்டில் உங்கள் பேஸ்புக் திறக்கபட்டிருந்தாலும் சரி மற்ற Device அதாவது மொபைல் போனில் உங்கள் அக்கவுண்ட் திறக்கப்பட்டிருந்தால்  அதுவும் Logout ஆகிவிடும்.

அடிக்கடி CD-ட்ரைவை ஒப்பன் செய்யனுமா

இப்போது எந்த தகவலையும் எடுத்து செல்லவோ அல்லது பறிமாறி கொள்ளவோ பயன்படுத்தபடுவது CD,DVD ஆகும். இதனை நாம் கணினியில் இட்டு பயன்படுத்துவோம் நாம் அடிக்கடி CD,DVD களை பயன்படுதுபவராக இருப்பின் அடிக்கடி ட்ரைவினை ஒப்பன் செய்ய சலுப்படைவர். அதற்கு பதிலாக டெஸ்க்டாப்பில், ஒரு ICON னை கிளிக் செய்வதன் ஒப்பன் செய்தால் எவ்வளவு சுலபமாக இருக்கும். அதற்கும் வழி உள்ளது, இந்த வழியை செயல்படுத்த என்னும் மென்பொருள் உதவுகிறது.

மென்பொருளை தரவிறக்க: Download 

மென்பொருளை தரவிறக்கி Unzip செய்து கொள்ளவும். Unzip செய்யும் மென்பொருள் இல்லையெனில்  Winrar  டவுண்லோட் செய்து இன்ஸ்டால் செய்து Extract செய்து கொள்ளவும். 

 

ஷார்ட்கட் ஐகானை உருவாக்க:

 டெஸ்க்டாப் திரைக்கு வந்து வெற்றிடத்தில் வைத்து வலது கிளிக் செய்து தோன்றும் விண்டோவில் NEW>SHORTCUT  என்பதை தேர்வு செய்யவும்.

 

பிறகு தோன்றும் விண்டோவில்  EXTRACT செய்த பைலை தேர்வு செய்யவ்வும். நீங்கள் CD-ஒப்பன் செய்யும்  ஐகானை உருவாக்க விரும்பினால் nircmd என்ற பைலை தேர்வு செய்யவும்.

அடுத்தாக Next பொத்தானை அழுத்தி  Open Cd Tray அல்லது உங்களின் விருப்பத்திற்கு ஏற்ப பெயரை இட்டு Finish என்ற பொத்தானை அழுத்தவும்.

இனி டெஸ்க்டாப்பில் Open Cd Tray என்ற ஐகான் உருவாகி இருக்கும். இதே போல் Cd Tray யினை மூடுவதற்கு ஐகானை உருவாக்க முதலில் சொன்ன வழிமுறைதான் ஆனால் நீங்கள் செலக்ட் செய்ய வேண்டிய  பைலானது  nircmdc ஆகும். மற்றபடி பெயரை மாற்றி கொள்ளவும் உதாரணமாக Close Cd Tray என்று உள்ளிட்டு Finish பொத்தானை அழுத்தவும்.

நீங்கள் விருப்பபட்டால் Open Cd Tray, Close Cd Tray ஆகிய இரண்டுக்கும் நீங்கள் விரும்பிய ஐகானை செட் செய்ய முடியும், அதற்கு ஐகான் மீது வலது கிளிக் தோன்றும் விண்டோவில் SHORTCUT என்னும் டேப்பினை தேர்வு செய்து அதில் Change Icon பட்டனை அழுத்தி ,விரும்பிய ஐகானை தேர்வு செய்து Ok பொத்தானை அழுத்தவும்.

நீங்கள் விரும்பிய வடிவத்தில் SHORTCUT டானது உருவாகி இருக்கும். இனி Cd tray யினை ஒப்பன் செய்ய பட்டனை அழுத்த வேண்டிய அவசியமிருக்காது என்று நினைகிறேன்.
